Main Street Exton Town Center Route 100 & 30 By-Pass. Directions: From the Wayne, Devon & Malvern Areas - take 202 South. Get off at the Route 30 Bypass (on right). Exit at route 100 then turn right at the light on route 100 (Pottstown Pike). Go through one light then turn left on Commerce Drive. First left onto Main Street. From West Chester & South - take Rt 202 North to Rt 100 North, Go to turn left on Commerce Drive. Exton Square Mall is just north of Main Street on the right of Rt 100.
